Grilling Method:
Thaw steaks overnight in refrigerator or use the Quick Thaw Method of placing vacuum wrapped steaks in cold water for approximately 30-40 minutes.
1. Preheat grill to HIGH or prepare coals.
2. Remove thawed steaks from packaging.
3. Remove film covering Scalloped Potatoes. Place in microwave and cook on HIGH for 4 minutes.
4. Place steaks on preheated grill and sear for 3-4 minutes.
5. Remove potatoes from microwave, gently stir and return to microwave to cook an additional 1-2 minutes on HIGH. Let stand.
6. Flip steaks and continue grilling for 3-4 minutes for a medium steak.
7. Cut slit in center of film covering Green Beans. Place tray in microwave; cook on HIGH for 2-3 minutes. Peel back film; stir and cook on HIGH for an additional 1-2 minutes.
8. Remove steaks from grill to a clean plate. Serve steaks with Scalloped Potatoes and Green Beans.

* Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking.
Broiling Method:

2. Remove thawed steaks from packaging. Place steaks on broiler pan on top rack of oven. Broil for 5-6 minutes.
3. Remove film covering Scalloped Potatoes. Place in microwave and cook on HIGH for 4 minutes.
4. Remove potatoes from microwave, gently stir and return to microwave to cook an additional 1-2 minutes on HIGH. Let stand.
5. Flip steaks and continue broiling for 5-6 minutes for a medium steak.
6. Cut slit in center of film covering Green Beans. Place tray in microwave; cook on HIGH for 2-3 minutes. Peel back film; stir and cook on HIGH for 1-2 minutes.
