Ingredients
puff pastry:enriched flour(wheat flour,barley malt, niacin, iron,thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin,folic acid), partially hydrogenated vegetable oil(soybean and cottonseed oils), water, dough conditioner,(sodium Stearoyl, Lactylate, Calcium Sorbate, L-Cysteine, Hydrochloride), Monocalcium Phosphate, Mon & Di-glycerides(emulsifiers), artificial flavor and artificial color(yellow 5, yellow 6), TBHQ and BHT(added to protect flavor), water, brown rice, spinach, Fire-roasted eggplant, Fire-roasted squash, Fire-roasted red bell peppers, mushrooms, wheatberries, Gruyere cheese (part-skim cow's milk, cheese culture) cream, dehydrated tomato,curry(spices, turmeric, salt, spice extractives), Parmesan cheese,(cultured pasteurized milk, salt, microcrystalline cellulose enzymes), modified food starch, water, salt, spices, granulated onion and garlic. 

Heating Instructions

Oven: If time allows, defrost "en Croûte" entrées for up to 2 hours in refrigerator. Place product 2" apart on a non-stick baking pan. In a small bowl, blend an egg thoroughly with 1T. water and "paint" the pastry with the egg mixture, using a pastry brush. Bake in pre-heated oven at 425°F. for first 15 minutes; check after 15 minutes and cover pastry with foil if it is browning too quickly; lower temperature to 375°F. Continue to cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature of 160°F. is reached. Refrigerate leftovers promptly.

Heating Instructions

General Instructions: Prepare from THAWED state(unless otherwise specified) for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly.

Oven:
Remove plastic packaging from paper tray.
Place tray on pie plate in oven at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes, or until hot. Serve.

Microwave:
Remove plastic packaging from paper tray.
Place paper tray on a plate in the microwave for heating.
Heat for 3-4 minutes on medium until hot.
Place onto a plates to serve.
