Grilling Method: Serves 2 in 9 minutes using a Grill and Microwave* if steaks are thawed. Thaw steaks overnight in refrigerator or use the Quick Thaw Method of placing vacuum wrapped steaks in cold water for approximately 30-40 minutes. If you can't grill, try the Broiling Method found below.

Preheat grill to HIGH or prepare coals.

Remove thawed steaks from packaging, place on preheated grill and sear for 4-5 minutes.
3.
Cut a slit in center of film on both trays of Broccoli and Cauliflower with Roasted Garlic. Microwave vegetables on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
4.
Flip steaks and continue grilling for 3-4 minutes for medium rare. Remove from grill to a clean plate.
5.
Remove vegetables from microwave, plate and serve with steaks.

* Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking.

Preheat broiler.

Remove thawed steaks from packaging, place on broiler pan on top rack of oven. Broil for 5-6 minutes.

Slit center of film on both trays of Broccoli and Cauliflower with Roasted Garlic. Microwave vegetables on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
4.
Flip steaks and continue broiling for 3-4 minutes for medium rare.
5.
Remove steaks from oven, plate with vegetables and serve.
