Pork Crown Roast Product Information & Preparation Instructions:

Oven: Thaw roast completely. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove all plastic and liberally season all sides of roast with salt and pepper or with Omaha Steaks All Natural Seasoning. Place on a foil lined sheet pan. Cook on center rack of oven for approximately 2 hour and 20 minutes to 2 hours and 35 minutes for a 9 lb roast or until internal temperature reaches 145°F in the middle. Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting away string and slicing into 16 even portions between the bones.
