Do not thaw.
Microwave: Remove frozen pasta from bag place in large microwave safe dish. Remove frozen sauce from tray and place in dish over pasta. Cover dish with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir well. Recover, vent and microwave on high an additional 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Remove from microwave. Let rest 1 minute before sprinkling with parmesan cheese.
Stove-top: Remove frozen sauce from tray into a large non-stick pan by flipping over tray and applying pressure to center of tray with thumbs, while holding edges. Remove frozen pasta from bag and place in pan with sauce. Cover pan and cook over medium high heat for 6-7 minutes. Uncover, stir pasta and sauce well while heating for an additional 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
