Oven: preheat oven to 375° F. Place meatballs 1 inch apart on a foil lined baking sheet. Heat for 20-25 minutes. Serve as an appetizer, on a salad, sandwich or in marinara sauce.
Microwave*: Remove meatballs from packaging and place in a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic, venting one corner. Cook on high for 5-6 minutes. Serve as an appetizer, on a salad, sandwich or in marinara sauce. [NOTE: To prepare ½ the bag or less of meatballs, microwave for 3-4 minutes]. *Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust cooking time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking.

Microwave: Remove frozen pasta from bag place in large microwave safe dish. Remove frozen sauce from tray and place in dish over pasta. Cover dish with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir well. Recover, vent and microwave on high an additional 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Remove from microwave. Let rest 1 minute before sprinkling with parmesan cheese.
Stove-top: Remove frozen sauce from tray into a large non-stick pan by flipping over tray and applying pressure to center of tray with thumbs, while holding edges. Remove frozen pasta from bag and place in pan with sauce. Cover pan and cook over medium high heat for 6-7 minutes. Uncover, stir pasta and sauce well while heating for an additional 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
