Heating Instructions

General Instructions: Prepare from THAWED state(unless otherwise specified) for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly.

Oven:
Remove plastic packaging from paper tray.
Cover paper tray with tinfoil. Place paper tray with shrimp in a 350 degree oven for heating.
Heat for 15 minutes or until warm.Be careful not to overcook, as shrimp will toughen.
Place shrimp onto a plate to serve.

Microwave:
Remove plastic packaging from paper tray.
Place paper tray with prawns on a plate in the microwave for heating.
Heat for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring periodically to ensure even heating.
Place prawns in a bowl to serve.

Place tray on cookie sheet in oven for 4-6 minutes or until hot.
Serve.

Microwave:
Remove plastic packaging from paper tray.
Place on plate in microwave for heating.
Heat for 2-3 minutes until hot.
Place vegetables onto plates and serve.
