Heating Instructions

Microwave (Recommended Method): Keep Frozen - Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes. Film cover will pop during re-heating...no need to puncture the film. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time.

Oven: Keep Frozen - Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. Place meal on baking sheet, heat in 300 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. Film cover will pop during re-heating...no need to puncture the film. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time. 

Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
