Cod Fillets
Thaw in refrigerator. When thawing, remove from plastic packaging. Cover and refrigerate below 38°F. Once thawed, consume within one to two days.
SEAR ROAST: Preheat oven at 300°F. Pat dry and season desired number of fish fillets. Preheat an oven-proof skillet with 2 tsp. of cooking oil to medium-high. Carefully place cod in hot pan. Cook for 4 minutes on first side. Carefully flip fish then place skillet into preheated oven. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until fish is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Pat dry and season desired number of fish fillets. Place fillets on a lightly oiled, foil-lined baking sheet. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until fish is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
PAN SAUTÉ: Pat dry and season desired number of fish fillets. Preheat a skillet with 2 tsp. of cooking oil to medium-high. Carefully place cod in pan and cook for 5-6 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 5-6 minutes or until fish is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
BROIL: Preheat broiler to high and position top rack 3-4" from broiler. Pat dry and season desired number of fish fillets. Brush with olive oil or melted butter, season, and place on an oven-proof, foil-lined baking sheet. Broil 4 minutes, flip fillets, and broil an additional 4 minutes or until fish is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
GRILL: Preheat grill to medium or 400°F. Season/oil grill grates. Pat dry, lightly oil and season desired number of fish fillets. Grill fillets covered 4-5 minutes, or until fillet releases easily from grill grates. Flip fillets and grill an additional 3-4 minutes or until fish is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Individual Scalloped Potatoes
Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. FOOD MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.
Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place desired number of servings 2 inches apart on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Microwave (1100 WATT): Place desired number of servings on a microwave safe dish.
Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand 1 minute and serve. AIR FRYER (1500 WATT): Preheat air fryer to 300°F. Lightly spray basket with nonstick cooking spray. Place desired number of servings in air fryer, leaving 1" between pieces. Cook for 35 minutes.
Green Beans
Do Not Thaw! Microwave (1100-WATT): Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 2 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 30 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 28 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.
Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes
Do Not Thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly. Microwave (1100 Watt): Remove cake from box and plastic film. Place cake right side up in its cup on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on high for 55 seconds. Immediately invert cake on serving plate. Release cake (without removing it from cup) by applying pressure to the bottom of the cup with thumbs while gently pulling up on the edges. Let stand for 3-5 minutes before removing cup and serving. Oven: Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove cakes from box and plastic film. Place cake right side up in their cups on a baking sheet. Bake for 14-15 minutes. Immediately invert cakes on serving plate. Release cakes (without removing them from their cups) by applying pressure to the bottom of the cups with thumbs while gently pulling up on the edges. Let stand covered by the cup for 3-5 minutes before removing cup and serving.
