The Vegetarian Meal Sampler has been handpicked for our customers who do not eat any animals, but do eat eggs and dairy products. This vegetarian bundle may be purchased in your choice of sizes. Meals serve 2 or 4.

Spinach Mushroom Lasagna With Light Pesto Sauce
Prepare from THAWED state(unless otherwise specified) for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil and heat for 15 minutes or until warm. Remove foil and heat 5 minutes longer or until lightly browned. Place pasta onto a plate and serve. 
Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray on plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 4 minutes, stirring periodically. Place pasta onto a plate and serve.

Broccoli, Peas & Corn
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place tray on cookie sheet in oven. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until hot. Carefully place vegetables onto plates and serve.
Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place on plate in microwave for heating. Heat for 2-3 minutes on medium or until hot. Carefully place vegetables onto plates and serve.

Eggplant Parmigiana
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350º F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until warm. Remove foil and heat 5 mins or until lightly browned. Carefully place eggplant onto a plate to serve.

Prepare from THAWED state for best results. When thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Heating times are approximate and may vary. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover tray with foil and place in oven. Heat for 15-20 min or until warm. Remove foil & heat 5 mins longer or until lightly browned. Carefully place pasta onto a plate and serve. 
Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place tray on a plate in the microwave. Heat for 3-4 minutes until warm. Carefully place pasta onto a plate and serve.

Crustless Spinach Quiche
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. To thaw product, remove from freezer and place on a paper towel. Product may be kept refrigerated up to 2 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 325º F. Place quiche on tray provided or a non-stick pan. Cook 15 -17 minutes until internal temperature is 165 degrees. Transfer quiche to a plate and serve.
Microwave: Place quiche on a paper towel in tray and then on a plate and place in the microwave. Cook on high for 1-1.5 minutes until 165 degrees inside. Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.

Buttered Carrots
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.

Prepare from THAWED state for best results. To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350º F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil and heat for 15-20 minutes or until warm. Remove foil and heat 5 minutes longer or until lightly browned. Carefully place pasta onto a plate and serve.

Rice with Mixed Vegetables
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. 
Microwave (preferred method): Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray with rice on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 2-3 minutes or until warm stirring periodically to ensure even heating. Carefully place rice into a bowl and serve. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove packaging & place tray on cookie sheet. Heat for 15-20 minutes, or until warm, stirring periodically to ensure even heating. Carefully place rice into a bowl and serve. 

Mexican Style Street Corn 
Cook from frozen state. *Microwave directions based on 1000-watt oven. Adjust cook time as needed as oven wattage varies. internal temperature needs to be at or above 165 °F as measured by a food thermometer before eating. 
Stovetop: Pour entire bag into a medium sized nonstick skillet. Cover with a lid and cook over medium high heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Stir occasionally and cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 165°F as measured with a food thermometer before eating and serve.
Microwave: Pour entire bag's contents into a microwaveable safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Pull back plastic wrap, stir contents and re-cover. Microwave on HIGH for an additional 2 minutes.

Lemon Loaf
No reheating necessary. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place lemon loaf onto a plate to serve.

Tiramisu
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be kept refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. NO HEATING REQUIRED. Remove plastic top from plastic tray. Place tiramisu onto a plate and serve.
