Turkey Roulade en Croute
OVEN: Do not thaw. Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove turkey roulade from packaging and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. If desired, add egg wash by combining 1 beaten egg and 2 tsp. of water, then brushing on roulade prior to cooking. Place in oven on center rack for 90 minutes or until lightly browned and a food thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the Roulade reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, let rest 5 minutes and serve.

Whipped Sweet Potatoes
Do Not Thaw. MICROWAVE (1100-WATT): Remove wrapping. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for an additional 2 minutes.OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove wrapping. Cover potatoes tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Heat for 30 minutes. Remove foil and stir potatoes. Continue heating for an additional 30 minutes.
Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin
Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove film and cover with foil. Place on a baking sheet. Place in oven on center rack. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Green Beans in Butter Sauce
Do Not Thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 28 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.
Microwave: Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 2 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 30 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Pumpkin Maple Bundt Cakes
Appliances vary, adjust times accordingly. Place icing packet in warm water for 2-3 minutes or until pliable. Cut corner of icing packet.
THAW & SERVE: From frozen, remove the plastic overwrap. Place onto serving plate. Thaw at room temperature 30 minutes to 1 hour, apply icing and serve.
MICROWAVE (1100 WATT): From frozen, remove the plastic overwrap. Place onto microwave safe plate. Microwave 20-25 seconds or until warm, apply icing and serve.
