Turkey En Croute
Thaw under refrigeration for 24 hours. Preheat oven to 375F. Remove Turkey from packaging and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place on center rack in oven and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 165F has been reach as measured by a food thermometer. Remove from oven and baking sheet and let rest for 7-10 minutes.
