A classic meal featuring the best of both worlds. This meal includes an Oven Roasted Turkey Breast that's plump, juicy and fully cooked. We will also grace your table with a traditional smoked boneless ham. By slow-smoking each whole-muscle Duroc ham up to eight hours, our master butchers ensure you experience uniquely rich, savory country-ham flavor in every bite.  Add a delicious array of trimmings including Green Beans, Roasted Vegetables in garlic oil and Whipped Sweet Potatoes and you've got a meal that is sure to impress! Meal serves 4 to 6.

This meal includes the following:

1 (1.8 lb.) Oven Roasted Turkey Breast 
1 (2 lb.) Boneless Smoked Ham 
6 (7 oz.) Roasted Vegetable Medley
4 (12 oz.) Green Beans
4 (14 oz.) Whipped Sweet Potatoes

Oven Roasted Turkey Breast 
Thaw in refrigerator.  Cold Entrees: Slice roasted turkey breast and serve. Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove roasted turkey breast from packaging and place in baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake 40-50 minutes.

Boneless Smoked Ham
Place frozen ham in refrigerator for 26-28 hours. Remove from refrigerator and serve or cook as directed. This ham is fully cooked and can be eaten without reheating.

Roaster MethodTo serve hot. Remove ham from packaging. Place ham on a roasting rack in a roaster cut side down. Pour water in the bottom of the roaster until water is within 1/4 inch of the base of the ham. Put cover on roaster and cook at 275°F for 18-20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.

Oven MethodPreheat oven to 275°F. Remove ham from packaging and place cut side down in a roasting pan on a roasting rack. Pour water in bottom of pan until water is within 1/4 inch of the base of the ham. Cover ham with a piece of parchment paper and cover with foil. Place ham in oven on middle rack. Bake for 2 1/2-3 hours until ham reaches internal temperature of 140°F.

Roasted Vegetable Medley 
Do Not Thaw! Microwave: Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 1-2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve. Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.

Green Beans
Do Not Thaw! Microwave: Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 4 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Serve. Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven and serve.

Whipped Sweet Potatoes
Do not thaw. Microwave: Cut slit in film covering tray. Place sweet potato tray in microwave. Cook on high for 4-6 minutes. Remove tray from microwave, stir and let stand for 2 minutes. Remove film. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film from tray. Cover with foil. Place sweet potato tray on baking sheet on middle rack of oven. Heat for 30 minutes. Stir. Place foil over tray and continue heating in oven for an additional 30 minutes until heated through.
