Beef Lasagna with Peas & Carrots
KEEP FROZEN - Do Not Defrost. Cook from frozen. If thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. 

Microwave (Recommended Method): No need to puncture film. Microwave on HIGH for 4 -5 minutes. Add time if needed until heated thoroughly. Let stand for two minutes. Carefully remove film and serve.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. No need to puncture film. Place meal on baking sheet. Heat in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Carefully remove from oven, let stand for 2 minutes and serve.

Beef Meatballs & Alfredo Shell Pasta, with Corn with Peppers & Green Beans
KEEP FROZEN - Do Not Defrost. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly. When serving, add salt & pepper to taste.
Microwave (Recommended Method) Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes until heated. If the meal was defrosted, reduce cooking time. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time.
Conventional Oven Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place meal on baking sheet and use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Heat in oven for 15-25 minutes. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time then carefully peel back film avoiding escaping steam.

Chicken & Mushroom Swiss Rice with Peas & Carrots and Stewed Tomatoes
