Fully Cooked Turkey Breast
Thaw turkey breast in refrigerator 24 hours. Appliances vary, adjust times accordingly.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place turkey and juices from package in an ovenproof baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes, just until turkey breast is warmed through. Remove from oven, slice against the grain and serve.
Family-Size Whipped Sweet Potatoes
Do Not Thaw.
MICROWAVE (1100-WATT): Remove wrapping. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove wrapping. Cover potatoes tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Heat for 30 minutes. Remove foil and stir potatoes. Continue heating for an additional 30 minutes.
Steakhouse Creamed Corn
Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F PRIOR TO EATING.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove film. Place on a baking sheet. Place on center rack of the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Remove and stir product. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Stir and serve.
MICROWAVE (1100-WATT): Cut two 1-inch slits in film. Place tray on a microwave-safe plate in the center of the microwave. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Remove film and stir. Replace film and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Stir and serve.
Jumbo Cooked Shrimp
Quick Thawing Method. Remove shrimp from bag and place in a large bowl of cold water until thawed, approximately 10-20 minutes. Drain water. Refrigerate if not using immediately. Use within 24 hours of thawing. Serve shrimp with cocktail sauce, if desired.
Thaw in refrigerator. Remove shrimp from bag. Place shrimp in strainer, with a plate underneath the strainer. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Rinse well, drain and serve with cocktail sauce, if desired. Refrigerate if not using immediately. Use within 24 hours of thawing.
Individual New York Cheesecakes
FROM FROZEN: Remove cheesecakes from packaging. To remove cheesecake from plastic cup, apply pressure to the bottom of the cup with thumbs while holding the edges. Place cheesecake on a serving plate, cover with plastic wrap and thaw for approximately 2 hours at room temperature or 5-6 hours in the refrigerator. Cover and refrigerate any remaining portions for up to 7 days.
Mini Baguettes with Garlic Butter
Do Not Thaw. Do not refreeze after thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove from packaging and place the frozen baguettes on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes to desired color or crispness.
