Chicken Cordon Bleu
Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place frozen product on oiled baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.

Chicken and Artichoke with Spinach
Oven: Remove packaging and place frozen breasts on non-stick baking sheet, brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Bake 35 minutes in preheated 375° oven. Check product temperature with meat temperature probe inserted in center of product. For food safety, internal temperature must reach 165° F. This product can be defrosted in the refrigerator before cooking. If defrosted, just reduce cooking time by ten minutes. Refrigerate leftovers promptly.

Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350º F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil and place in oven. Heat for 15-20 mins or until warm, stirring periodically. Carefully place pasta onto a plate and serve.
Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place tray on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 2-3 minutes or until hot. Carefully place pasta onto a plate and serve.

Beef Stroganoff with Noodles
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be kept refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375º F. Remove tray from packaging. Cover tray with foil and place on baking sheet. Heat for 25-30 minutes or until internal temp of 165 F. Carefully remove tray from oven and stir. Let stand for 5 min before serving.
Microwave: Remove tray from packaging. Place tray on a plate in the microwave. Heat for 2-3 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes and serve.

Panna Cotta
No heating required. Prepare product from partially frozen state for best results. Remove container from freezer one hour prior to eating for best results. (May be kept in refrigerator for up to three days if defrosted.) Take top of container off and run a knife around inside of metal container. Turn container over onto plate and remove container.

Chocolate Ganache Cake
No reheating necessary. Thaw cake. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place cake onto a plate to serve.

Cheese & Spinach Manicotti with Marinara Sauce
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. When thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Heating times are approximate and may vary.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover tray with foil and place in oven. Heat for 15-20 min or until warm. Remove foil & heat 5 mins longer or until lightly browned. Carefully place pasta onto a plate and serve.
Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place tray on a plate in the microwave. Heat for 3-4 minutes until warm. Carefully place pasta onto a plate and serve.

Crab Cakes
Keep Frozen. Remove plastic and thaw in refrigerator or microwave on paper towel prior to cooking. Once thawed, refrigerate and use within three days.
Stovetop: Over medium heat, sauté crab cakes in approximately 1 Tbsp. of butter or oil. Cook each side until nicely browned. Add lemon or white wine to taste. Cover skillet and simmer for 5-8 minutes until center reaches 165º F.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350º F. Place crab cakes on baking pan and top with butter, lemon juice and/or white wine to taste. Bake to internal temperature of 165º F. (approximately 25-30 minutes). For crispier crab cakes, finish by broiling to desired color.

Beef Burnt Ends in BBQ Sauce
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking time will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
Microwave: Do not remove or pierce plastic film. Place tray in microwave. Heat on high for 3½ to 4.½ minutes. Film will expand and form a bubble during heating, then self-vent and slowly relax over brisket. Remove from microwave and let rest for 2 minutes. Caution, contents are very hot!
Stovetop: Place contents of package in a small saucepan. Heat slowly over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Beef is ready when heated thoroughly. Remove from heat and place brisket on a plate.

Lemon Loaf
No reheating necessary. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place lemon loaf onto a plate to serve.
