Chicken Fried Steaks

Do Not Thaw! Uncooked: For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F, as measured by use of a thermometer.
Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove steaks from packaging and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Flip over steaks and bake an additional 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
1 (18 oz.) pkg. | serves 4
Do Not Thaw! Preparation: Do not thaw. Microwave: Place tray in microwave with cellophane packaging intact. Cook on high for 6 minutes, carefully remove film and stir. Cook on high an additional 2 minutes uncovered. Let rest 1 minute. Stir well before serving. Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove cellophane packaging. Place on a baking sheet. Heat uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir well before serving.
Traditional Beef Lasagna
1 (24 oz.) pkg. | serves 3
Do not thaw. Microwave (1100-watt): Remove tray from box and cut small slit in the center of film. Place frozen tray in the microwave and cook on medium high for 14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove tray from microwave and let stand 5 minutes. Carefully remove film, slice and serve.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place frozen tray of lasagna on a baking sheet in the center of the oven. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove tray from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
Fully Cooked Pot Roast
1 (2 lb.) roast | serves 4
FROM THAWED: Thaw in refrigerator. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove thawed roast and juice from package and place in covered pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
FROM FROZEN: Microwave: Place frozen roast and packaging upside down in microwave safe dish. Microwave on DEFROST for 30 minutes, turning over half way through cooking. Cut 2 small slits in packaging, microwave on high for 15-17 minutes. Remove from packaging. Slice and serve with au jus.
Italian Chicken Fingers
1 (3 lb.) pkg. | ~18 pieces

Do Not Thaw! Preheat oven to 450°F. Place desired number of pieces on a cookie sheet, allowing 1 inch or more between pieces. Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes.
