Boneless Turkey Breast (4 - 5 lb.)
Smoked Beef Brisket (2 - 3 lb.)
Cheddar Jalapeno Summer Sausage (12 oz.)
Bismarckian Sausage Ring(12 oz.)
Jar of Sweet & Spicy Mustard (8 oz.)
Jar of Sweet Fire Pickles (16 oz. )
Smoked Baby Swiss Cheese (10 oz.)
Smoked Cheddar Cheese (1 lb.)
Smoked Monterey Jack (10 oz.)
Box Gophers From Savannah (1 lb.)

Fully cooked - best served at room temperature. To serve warm, wrap in foil, heat in 325 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes per pound. Be careful not to overcook! Smoked poultry meat has a pink hue, which is a normal result of our curing process.
