Boneless Chicken Breasts
Uncooked: For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 ° F as measured by use of a thermometer. Thaw in Refrigerator.
Broil or Grill: Preheat broiler or grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until internal temperature is 165°F.
Contact Grill: Grill 3-4 minutes total on preheated contact grill or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 °F. Season as desired. Place chicken breasts in greased baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
Pan Sauté: Place 1 Tbsp. of cooking oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken breasts to pan. Cook for 4-6 minutes per side reducing heat to medium after flipping. Cook to an Internal temperature of 165°F.
Premium Ground Beef (80/20)
Thaw in the Refrigerator.
Use as a starter for your favorite ground beef recipe.
Smoked Brisket Burnt Ends
Thaw in refrigerator 24 hours. Appliances vary, adjust times accordingly.
FROM THAWED: Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove product from pouch, place thawed product in an oven safe baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 12 minutes. If desired, broil for 3 minutes to caramelize sauce and brown meat.
Pre-cut Peppers and Onions
Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. Preheat a nonstick skillet to medium high. Add 1 T. oil and vegetables to the skillet. Cover and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove lid, add contents of seasoning packet. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally for 2 minutes. If desired, add your favorite cooked protein and cook until protein is heated through.
Place on a microwave safe plate and cover with a paper towel. Microwave tortillas for 1 minute and serve.
Remove from wrapping. Gently push the bottom of the cup to release the pie and place on a serving plate, crust side down. Thaw in refrigerator for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once thawed, serve within 48 hours.
