This meal includes the following:

    6 (4.5 oz.) Stuffed Sole with Scallops and Crabmeat
    4 (5.5 oz.) Stuffed Baked Potatoes
    4 (4 oz.) Caramel Apple Tartlets

Stuffed Sole with Scallops and Crabmeat
Do Not Thaw! Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer. OVEN: Preheat oven to 375 °F. Remove plastic and place desired number of portions in a baking dish. Add approximately 2 TBSP. of water in bottom of Pan to prevent splattering and burning. Bake uncovered, for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. For additional flavor, use wine as a substitute for water. MICROWAVE (1100-WATT): Remove plastic and place two frozen portions in an appropriate dish. Add 2 TBSP of water to dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Cook on high for approximately 5 ½minutes.

Stuffed Baked Potatoes
Bake: Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove potato from package. Place desired number of frozen portions on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 40 minutes, until heated through and lightly browned. Grill: Preheat grill. Remove potato from cellophane package. Place frozen potatoes on a sheet of aluminum foil. Wrapping foil around potatoes, leaving top half exposed. Grill on medium-high heat. Cook with grill lid down for 35 to 45 minutes. Microwave: Remove potato from wrap. Place one frozen potato on microwave safe dish. Cook on high for 21/2 to 4 minutes rotating at half way point. To cook two potatoes, increase cooking time to 4 to 6 minutes.

Caramel Apple Tartlets
Do Not Thaw! Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove tartlet from cellophane bag. Place on foil lined baking sheet allowing space between each piece. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Microwave: * Remove tartlet from cellophane bag. Place on microwave safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 60-70 seconds. *Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking.
