2 Stuffed Cornish Hen
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Peel open the pouch and place the Cornish Hen in a small baking pan. Discard plastic pouch. Place baking pan in the oven for 40-45 minutes from frozen or 22-25 minutes from thawed or until Stuffed Hen reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Carefully remove the baking pan from the oven and place the Cornish Hen onto a plate.
From Frozen. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove wrapper. Put tray in oven and heat for 45-50 minutes (internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F).
From Thawed. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Remove wrapper. Put tray in oven and heat for 30-35 minutes.
Do not heat tray at temperature over 350°F. Must be heated before consumption. Do not use convection or toaster oven. Microwave is not recommended.
Sweet Corn Hush Puppies
Bake: Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Arrange frozen hushpuppies on baking sheet and place on center rack of the oven. Bake 14-16 minutes to desired color and crispness. For best results, turn hushpuppies halfway through. Let stand three minutes before serving.
Deep Fry: Thaw for 30 minutes. Deep fry at 350 degrees F. for 2 1/2 minutes to desired color and crispness. Let stand three minutes before serving.
For Safety and Quality: Carefully follow thawing and cooking instructions. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F. Refrigerate leftovers.
Macaroni & Cheese Casserole
Conventional Oven: Cook from frozen. Preheat oven at 375 degrees F. Remove film. Place pan on baking sheet and bake on middle rack for 30 to 40 minutes or until sauce starts to bubble and the product reaches 165 degrees F. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until finished cooking. Remove from oven; contents will be very hot. Let stand for up to 5 minutes before serving.
Microwave: Cook from frozen. Remove film. Place pan in microwave on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 6 minutes. Stir gently. Microwave for an additional 2 to 4 minutes or until the product reaches 165°F. Contents will be very hot. Let set up to 5 minutes before serving.
Ovens vary; cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer. Keep frozen until ready to bake.
