This farm-to-kitchen pie captures the strawberries at their peak ripeness, adding apples for sweetness and just enough of the fresh-picked rhubarb for a sweet-tart treat that is irresistible. With a flaky, crunchy crust, your guests will rave over this heavenly handmade pie. The unique broken topping comes from baking the pie in a brown paper bag (included), giving this pie a rustic and homemade feel. Just add ice cream. 8" pie. Dessert serves 8.

Strawberry Rhubarb Apple Pie
Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
Preheat oven to 325F. Place Pie in a Bag on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 50-60 minutes. Cooking times may vary. Please keep pie in the bag when baking. Do not let the bag touch the side of the oven or heating element. Do not remove bag until cooking is complete.
Slicing: Use an electric or serrated knife to slice to preserve the crunchy broken top crust.
