Do not thaw! Keep frozen until ready to cook. Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. FOOD MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.
Stove Top: Carefully open meal bag and remove sauce pouch. Begin thawing sauce pouch in bowl of HOT water while preparing meal. Heat 10-inch NONSTICK skillet on stove top over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon oil and remaining contents of bag to skillet. Cover and cook for 6 minutes. Remove lid and cook an additional 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sauce to skillet. Cook and stir, uncovered, for 1 minute or until sauce is hot and bubbling. Remove skillet from heat. Cover and let stand for 1 minute before serving.
