Spiral Sliced Ham
Thaw in refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. Spiral Sliced Ham is fully cooked making it possible to serve directly from the refrigerator. Oven: preheat oven to 325°F. Remove Spiral Sliced Ham from film and foil. Place ham cut side down on a raised edge baking pan lined with foil. Heat, uncovered, for 60-75 minutes for entire ham or 10 minutes per pound for smaller portions.
Preparation: Do Not Thaw.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray and place tray on a baking sheet. Place baking sheet on middle rack of preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve.
Microwave (1100 Watt): Remove plastic wrap from tray and place tray in microwave. Heat for 4 minutes on HIGH. Stir and microwave for 1 additional minute or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve.
Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin
Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove film and cover with foil. Place on a baking sheet. Place in oven on center rack. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Family-Size Smashed Red Potatoes
Do Not Thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
MICROWAVE (1100-WATT): Remove wrapping. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for an additional 2 minutes.OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove wrapping. Cover potatoes tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Heat for 30 minutes. Remove foil and stir potatoes. Continue heating for an additional 30 minutes.
Butter Pear Cakes
Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust times accordingly. MICROWAVE: Remove cake from packaging. Place cake on microwave safe plate. Microwave frozen cake for 45-60 seconds until warm.
