Give your Thanksgiving a twist this year with our special Pecanwood Smoked Flank Ham. It's freezer-to-oven easy and a flavorful, rich centerpiece for your meal. This Thanksgiving dinner also includes two delectable, heat & serve sides, warm baguettes, and a deliciously indulgent pecan pie. Meal serves 4 - 6

This meal includes the following:

   1 (3 lbs.) Pecanwood Smoked Flank Ham
   1 (32 oz.) Family-Size Whipped Sweet Potatoes
   1 (20 oz.) Glazed Rainbow Carrots
   1 (22 oz.) Pecan Pie
   4 (3 oz.) Mini Baguettes with Garlic Butter

Pecanwood Smoked Flank Ham
Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. Place frozen ham in refrigerator for 18-24 hours. Remove from refrigerator and serve or cook as directed. This ham is fully cooked and can be eaten without reheating. Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove ham from package and place in a baking pan with 2" sides. Add 1/3 cup of water to the pan. Cover the pan with foil. Conventional Oven: Heat for 1 1/2 hours (approximately 20-25 minutes per pound) or until warm. Convection Oven: Heat for 1 hour and 10 minutes (approximately 15-18 minutes per pound) or until warm. Remove foil for the last 15 minutes for browning. Let ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Family-Size Whipped Sweet Potatoes
Do Not Thaw. MICROWAVE (1100-WATT): Remove wrapping. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for an additional 2 minutes. OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove wrapping. Cover potatoes tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Heat for 30 minutes. Remove foil and stir potatoes. Continue heating for an additional 30 minutes.

Glazed Rainbow Carrots
KEEP FROZEN: COOK THOROUGHLY: Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. FOOD MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER. DO NOT MICROWAVE. OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray and discard. Place tray on a foil lined baking sheet. Place baking sheet on the center rack of the oven. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until product reaches 165°F.

Pecan Pie
From Thawed: Thaw in refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for 4-5 hours. If desired heated, remove plastic packaging but leave pie in foil pan. Place pie on a foil lined baking sheet. Place pie on center rack in oven. Bake pie in a preheated 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes. Rest pie 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving. Single slices can be plated and heated in the microwave for 20-25 seconds on HIGH heat. From Frozen: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove pie from plastic packaging but leave pie in foil pan. Place pie on a foil lined baking sheet. Place pie on center rack of oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Carefully remove pie from oven and wait 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Mini Baguettes with Garlic Butter
Do Not Thaw. Do not refreeze after thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly. Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove from packaging and place the frozen baguettes on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes to desired color or crispness.
