This amazing combo tastes great and keeps you on track. Premium, whole chicken with the backbone removed so it can be opened up and laid flat while cooking. This gives the chicken maximum exposure to the heat for more even cooking and a more flavorful, crispy, golden exterior. Perfect with your favorite seasoning in the oven, your favorite pan, or on the grill. Add to that, cut from the "eye" of our Prime Rib Roast, our Ribeyes are incredibly tender and juicy with the Prime Rib taste you hunger for! Meal serves 8.

This meal includes the following:

    4 (8 oz.) Ribeye Steaks
    1 (2.45 lbs.) Spatchcock Whole Chicken
    4 (6.5 oz.) Green Beans in Butter Sauce

Ribeye Steaks
For best results, remove the vacuum-sealed steaks from the box and thaw overnight in your refrigerator. You can also thaw the sealed steaks in cold water for 30-45 minutes. After cooking, allow the steaks to rest 3-5 minutes before serving. Verify the degree of doneness by using your kitchen thermometer.
The cooking times below are in minutes and based on fully thawed steaks.
Gas Grill:áPreheat grill to 450░F, reduce to medium heat prior to cooking.
Charcoal Grill:áSear over red hot coals, for steaks over 1 1/4" finish over indirect heat.

Spatchcock Whole Chicken
Thaw in refrigerator. Appliances vary, adjust times accordingly.
OVEN:áPreheat oven to 450░F. Remove chicken from packaging, pat dry with paper towels. Line a baking sheet with foil. Season chicken generously and place, skin side up, on a foil lined, lightly sprayed baking sheet. Flatten chicken and tuck wing sections under chicken. Place in preheated oven on center rack. Roast chicken for 30 minutes or until skin is golden brown, a thermometer reads 165░F in the thickest part of the thigh, and juices run clear. Let rest 10 minutes, carve, and serve.
AIR FRYER (1500 WATT):áPreheat air fryer to 360░F. Remove chicken from packaging and pat dry with paper towels. Lightly oil chicken and season as desired. Lightly spray basket with oil. Place chicken in basket flattened and skin side up. Cook for 40-45 minutes or until chicken registers 165░F in the thickest part. Remove chicken from air fryer, let rest 10 minutes and serve.

Green Beans in Butter Sauce
Do Not Thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
Oven:áPreheat oven to 400░F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 28 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165░F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.
Microwave:áCut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 2 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 30 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 165░F.
