Rice with Mixed Vegetables 
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
Microwave (preferred method): Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray with rice on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 2-3 minutes or until warm stirring periodically to ensure even heating. Carefully place rice into a bowl and serve. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove packaging & place tray on cookie sheet. Heat for 15-20 minutes, or until warm, stirring periodically to ensure even heating. Carefully place rice into a bowl and serve.

Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be kept refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place tray on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring periodically. Carefully place potatoes onto a plate and serve. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until warm. Carefully place potatoes onto a plate and serve.

Fresh Corn Medley
Prepare from THAWED state(unless otherwise specified) for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly. 
Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray with corn on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring periodically to ensure even heating. Place corn into a bowl to serve. 
Oven: Defrost corn. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with tinfoil. Place paper tray with corn in a 350 degree oven for heating. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until warm. Place corn onto a plate to serve.

Buttered Carrots
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place tray on cookie sheet in oven. Heat for 15-20 mins or until hot. Carefully place carrots onto plates and serve. 
Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place tray on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 2-3 minutes on medium or until hot. Carefully place carrots onto plates and serve.
