Senior Meal Sampler. This sampler has been handpicked to fit the senior appetite, with smaller meals. Our senior complete meals are designed by a dietitian to be healthy and lower in sodium, and by our chefs to be flavorful! Each meal contains a main course and either one or two side dishes. Nutritionally balanced complete meals with an entrée and 1-2 side dishes.
Easy to re-heat in the microwave or oven. Each meal serves 2.

This meal includes the following:

Home-style Meatloaf with Tomato Gravy, Barley Mushroom Risotto and Mixed Vegetables
Bruschetta Chicken with Red Skin Potatoes and Green Beans
Tilapia with Miso Ginger, Black Beans, Rice with Peas & Carrots

Chicken Patty with Apricot Rice, Carrots, Brussels Sprouts
Herb Focaccia 

General Instructions: Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. 

Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place tray on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 4-5 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Carefully place onto a plate and serve.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil and place in oven on a baking sheet. Heat for 25-35 minutes or until hot. Carefully remove foil and place onto a plate and serve.
