Boneless Pork Chops
Thaw in refrigerator. Grill: Preheat grill. Remove pork chops from package. Pat dry, season as desired and cook over medium heat for approximately 4-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reached 145 F. Broil: Preheat broiler. Remove pork chops from package. Pat dry, season as desired. Place on broiler pan 3-4 inches from heat source. Broil 4-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145 F. Contact Grill: Preheat contact grill. Season thawed pork chops. Grill 4-5 minutes for a 4 oz. chop; 5-6 minutes for a 5 oz. chop; 6-7 minutes for a 6 oz. chop.

Boneless Chicken Breasts
Uncooked: For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 F as measured by use of a thermometer. Thaw in Refrigerator. Broil or Grill: Preheat broiler or grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until internal temperature is 165F. Contact Grill: Grill 3-4 minutes total on preheated contact grill or until an internal temperature of 165F is reached. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Season as desired. Place chicken breasts in greased baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165F is reached. Pan Saut: Place 1 Tbsp. of cooking oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken breasts to pan. Cook for 4-6 minutes per side reducing heat to medium after flipping. Cook to an Internal temperature of 165F.

Stuffed Sole with Scallops and Crabmeat
4.5 oz. | 2 count
Do Not Thaw! Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165F as measured by a food thermometer. OVEN: Preheat oven to 375 F. Remove plastic and place desired number of portions in a baking dish. Add approximately 2 TBSP. of water in bottom of Pan to prevent splattering and burning. Bake uncovered, for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. For additional flavor, use wine as a substitute for water. MICROWAVE (1100-WATT): Remove plastic and place two frozen portions in an appropriate dish. Add 2 TBSP of water to dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Cook on high for approximately 5 minutes.

Gourmet Jumbo Franks
Boil: From Frozen or thawed, boil franks for 8-10 minutes. Grill: Grill franks over medium heat until brown on all sides. Frozen franks will cook in approximately 15 minutes. Thawed franks will cook in approximately 8 minutes. Microwave: Place frank on a microwave safe plate. Cover with paper towel. For one frank, cook on high for 1 -2 minutes, if frozen and 1 minute if thawed.

Stuffed Baked Potatoes
Bake: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove potato from package. Place desired number of frozen portions on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 40 minutes, until heated through and lightly browned. Grill: Preheat grill. Remove potato from cellophane package. Place frozen potatoes on a sheet of aluminum foil. Wrapping foil around potatoes, leaving top half exposed. Grill on medium-high heat. Cook with grill lid down for 35 to 45 minutes. Microwave: Remove potato from wrap. Place one frozen potato on microwave safe dish. Cook on high for 21/2 to 4 minutes rotating at half way point. To cook two potatoes, increase cooking time to 4 to 6 minutes.
