    2 (5 oz.) Top Sirloins
    4 (4 oz.) Omaha Steaks Burgers

Bacon-Wrapped Filet Mignons
Thaw in Refrigerator.
Pat steaks dry and season food before grilling. Use sea salt and freshly cracked pepper or a steakseasonings/rub.Sear the outside of your steaks over high heat and avoid moving them before ready. This helps with the flavor and juiciness.Use tongs or a spatula to turn your meat on the grill - poking with a fork can damage the meat. Always wash utensils used on raw meat or have separate utensils.Close your grill cover as much as possible while cooking to maintain a temperature around 450F. This helps lock in flavor and prevent flare-ups. For timing, use the 60/40 grilling method. Grill for 60% of the time on the first side, then grill 40% of the time after you turn over the steak. This will give you an evenly cooked steak.After grilling, place your finished steak on a clean plate - never put cooked steak on the plate you used to bring raw steaks to the grill without thoroughly washing it first. Allow your steaks to "rest" tented with foil for 5 minutes between cooking and eating. This will help the juices redistribute for the best-tasting and juiciest steak.Remove skewer prior to serving.

Omaha Steaks Burgers
Thaw in Refrigerator. Remove burgers from packaging while still frozen. Grill or Broil: Thaw burgers. Grill or broil for 5-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reads 160F. Overcooking can result in a dry product. Contact Grill: Grill for a total of 5-6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160F. It's easiest to remove burgers from the wrap while still frozen! Pan Fry: Preheat a small amount of cooking oil in non-stick pan over medium heat. Add burgers, pan frying for 6-8 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160F.

Gourmet Jumbo Franks
Boil: From Frozen or thawed, boil franks for 8-10 minutes. Grill: Grill franks over medium heat until brown on all sides. Frozen franks will cook in approximately 15 minutes. Thawed franks will cook in approximately 8 minutes. Microwave: Place frank on a microwave safe plate. Cover with paper towel. For one frank, cook on high for 1 -2 minutes, if frozen and 1 minute if thawed.

Caramel Apple Tartlets
Do Not Thaw! Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove tartlet from cellophane bag. Place on foil lined baking sheet allowing space between each piece. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Microwave: * Remove tartlet from cellophane bag. Place on microwave safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 60-70 seconds. *Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking.
