Pat dry, season as desired and cook over medium heat for approximately 4-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reached 145 °F. Broil: Preheat broiler. Remove pork chops from package. Pat dry, season as desired. Place on broiler pan 3-4 inches from heat source. Broil 4-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145 °F. Contact Grill: Preheat contact grill. Season thawed pork chops. Grill 4-5 minutes for a 4 oz. chop; 5-6 minutes for a 5 oz. chop; 6-7 minutes for a 6 oz. chop. Italian Chicken Breasts
These boneless, skinless, chicken breasts are already precooked. They may be thawed, sliced and served cold. From Frozen: Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place chicken breasts on foil lined baking sheet. Heat for 12-15 minutes. Microwave: Place chicken breasts in microwave safe dish. Cover with paper towel and heat on HIGH for 2-2 ½ minutes. From Thawed: Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place chicken breasts on foil lined baking sheet. Heat for 8-10 minutes. Microwave: Place chicken breasts in microwave safe dish. Cover with paper towel and heat on HIGH for 1-1 ½ minutes. Broil or Grill: To warm, preheat your broiler or grill. Warm chicken breasts for approximately 3 minutes per side. Contact Grill: Grill 2 ½ -3 minutes.

For best results, remove the vacuum-sealed steaks from the box and thaw overnight in your refrigerator. You can also thaw the sealed steaks in cold water for 30-45 minutes. After cooking, allow the steaks to rest 3-5 minutes before serving. Verify the degree of doneness by using your kitchen thermometer. The cooking times below are in minutes and based on fully thawed steaks.
Meat Lover's Lasagna
Do Not Thaw! Microwave: Place covered lasagna tray in microwave. Microwave on high for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from microwave. Let stand for 5 minutes before carefully removing film. Slice and serve. Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place frozen tray of lasagna on a baking sheet in the center of the oven. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
Green Beans in Butter Sauce
Do Not Thaw! Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 35-37 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, stir and serve. Microwave: Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 3 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 1-2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Serve.
Potatoes au Gratin
Do Not Thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place desired number of servings on a foil lined or nonstick baking sheet allowing approximately 2 inches between pieces. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Microwave (1100-WATT): Place 1-2 portions on microwave safe dish. Microwave on high power for approximately 1-3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 300°F. Place desired amount of potatoes au gratin in fry pan basket leaving 1/2" between au gratins. Cook for 25-30 minutes.
Family-Size Smashed Red Potatoes
Do Not Thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. MICROWAVE (1100-WATT): Remove wrapping. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for an additional 2 minutes. OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove wrapping. Cover potatoes tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Heat for 30 minutes. Remove foil and stir potatoes. Continue heating for an additional 30 minutes.
