Wild Alaskan Skin-On Sockeye Salmon 4 (6 oz.) fillets
Thaw in Refrigerator. When thawing, remove from plastic packaging. Cover and refrigerate below 38°F. Once thawed, consume within one to two days. Quick Thaw Method: Unpackage desired number of fish fillets and place in a sealable plastic bag. Remove as much air from the bag as possible and immerse in cold water for approximately 30 minutes.
Broil or Grill: Preheat the broiler or grill. Brush the fish with melted butter or olive oil; season as desired. Broil or grill for 4-5 minutes on the first side and 3-4 minutes after turning. Pan Sauté: Preheat 1 tsp. of cooking oil per portion over high heat. Season as desired. Carefully place fish in pan; sauté for 4-5 minutes on the first side and 3-4 minutes after turning.
Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush fillets lightly with melted butter or olive oil. Season as desired. Place fillets on a baking sheet, bake for 10-12 minutes.
Marinated Salmon Fillets - 4 (6 oz.) fillets
Thaw in refrigerator.Remove fillets from plastic wrap.
Bake: Preheat oven to 400 °F. Place salmon fillets on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Grill: Grill salmon fillets over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes per side. Microwave:Place salmon fillets in a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes, rotating halfway through cooking.

Do Not Thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, COOK THOROUGHLY TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F. AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER. GRILL: Preheat grill to high. Grill skewers 4 minutes, shell side down. Reduce heat to medium. Grill 6 to 8 minutes, or until fully cooked. OVEN: Preheat oven to 450°F. Place skewers on baking sheet, shell side down, in center of oven. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until fully cooked.

Quick Thawing Method. Remove shrimp from bag and place in a large bowl of cold water until thawed, approximately 10-20 minutes. Drain water. Refrigerate if not using immediately. Use within 24 hours of thawing. Serve shrimp with cocktail sauce, if desired. Thaw in refrigerator. Remove shrimp from bag. Place shrimp in strainer, with a plate underneath the strainer. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Rinse well, drain and serve with cocktail sauce, if desired. Refrigerate if not using immediately. Use within 24 hours of thawing.
