Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the Paella Pan over medium-high heat, then add Paella Rice and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly until lightly toasted. Add clams and mussels to the pan, nestling them into rice mixture, and then reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes. Arrange the shrimp in rice mixture, and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the shrimp are done. Discard any unopened shells, remove from heat, and drizzle generously with olive oil. Feel free to add lemon slices if you wish, and then serve!
