Seafood Paella
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the Paella Pan over medium-high heat, then add Paella Rice and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly until lightly toasted. Add the Cooking Base and saffron threads and then bring back to a boil, before reducing heat to medium and cooking for an additional 10 minutes. Add clams and mussels to the pan, nestling them into rice mixture, and then reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes. Arrange the shrimp in rice mixture, and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the shrimp are done. Discard any unopened shells, remove from heat, and drizzle generously with olive oil. Feel free to add lemon slices if you wish, and then serve!
