This meal includes the following:

    1 (16 oz. pkg.) Wild Argentinian Red Shrimp
    4 (6 oz.) Faroe Islands Salmon Fillets
    2 (8 oz. pkgs.) Five Grain Rice Pilaf
    1 (24 oz. pkg.) Rustic Roasting Vegetables
    4 (4 oz.) Caramel Apple Tartlets

Wild Argentinian Red Shrimp
16 oz. pkgs. | 1 pkg.
Despite their appearance, Argentinian Red Shrimp are RAW. Cook until shrimp are opaque and reach a minimum internal temperature of 140F. Season as desired.
FROM FROZEN Stovetop, Steam: Add 2 inches of water to a saucepan and insert steamer basket. Heat water to a boil using medium high heat. Remove shrimp from bag, add to steamer basket, cover and boil for 6-8 minutes. Stovetop, Saute: Preheat small amount of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Remove frozen shrimp from packaging and carefully place in skillet. Cook covered for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are cooked through. GRILL: Preheat grill with lightly oiled grilling pan to medium. Remove frozen shrimp from packaging and add to pan. Cover pan and grill 4-5 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are cooked through.

Faroe Islands Salmon Fillets
6 oz. | 4 count

Thaw in Refrigerator. When thawing, remove from plastic packaging. Cover and refrigerate below 38F. Once thawed, consume within one to two days.
Quick Thaw Method: Unpackage desired number of fish fillets and place in a sealable plastic bag. Remove as much air from the bag as possible and immerse in cold water for approximately 30 minutes. Broil or Grill: Preheat broiler or grill. Brush the fish with melted butter or oil; season as desired. Broil or grill for 4-5 minutes on the first side and 3-4 minutes after turning. Pan Saute: Preheat 1 tsp. of cooking oil per portion over high heat. Season as desired. Carefully place fish in pan; saute for 4-5 minutes on the first side and 3-4 minutes after turning.
Bake: Preheat oven to 400F. Brush fillets lightly with melted butter or olive oil. Season as desired. Place fillets on a baking sheet, bake for 10-12 minutes.

Five Grain Rice Pilaf
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. | serves 4
Do not thaw. Microwave (1100 Watt): Remove from film. Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Internal temperature must reach 165F, continue heating until temperature is reached. Stir and serve. Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove from film and bake on baking sheet uncovered for 20 minutes. Stir. Bake an additional 20 minutes uncovered, until internal temperature reaches 165F. Carefully remove from oven. Stir and serve.

Rustic Roasting Vegetables
1 (24 oz.) pkg. | serves 4
Do Not Thaw! Bake: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove vegetables from cellophane bag. Toss with 2 Tbsp. Olive oil, tsp. Kosher Salt, and ⅛ tsp. Ground Black Pepper. Place on a foil lined sheet pan. Roast for 45 minutes stirring once half way through cooking time.

Caramel Apple Tartlets
4 oz. | 4 count

Do Not Thaw! Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove tartlet from cellophane bag. Place on foil lined baking sheet allowing space between each piece. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Microwave: * Remove tartlet from cellophane bag. Place on microwave safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 60-70 seconds. *Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking.
