Wild Argentinian Red Shrimp

Despite their appearance, Argentinian Red Shrimp are RAW. Cook until shrimp are opaque and reach a minimum internal temperature of 140°F. Season as desired.
FROM FROZEN Stovetop, Steam: Add 2 inches of water to a saucepan and insert steamer basket. Heat water to a boil using medium high heat. Remove shrimp from bag, add to steamer basket, cover and boil for 6-8 minutes. Stovetop, Saute: Preheat small amount of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Remove frozen shrimp from packaging and carefully place in skillet. Cook covered for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are cooked through. GRILL: Preheat grill with lightly oiled grilling pan to medium. Remove frozen shrimp from packaging and add to pan. Cover pan and grill 4-5 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are cooked through.
Faroe Islands Salmon Fillets

Thaw in Refrigerator. When thawing, remove from plastic packaging. Cover and refrigerate below 38°F. Once thawed, consume within one to two days.
Quick Thaw Method: Unpackage desired number of fish fillets and place in a sealable plastic bag. Remove as much air from the bag as possible and immerse in cold water for approximately 30 minutes. Broil or Grill: Preheat broiler or grill. Brush the fish with melted butter or oil; season as desired. Broil or grill for 4-5 minutes on the first side and 3-4 minutes after turning. Pan Saute: Preheat 1 tsp. of cooking oil per portion over high heat. Season as desired. Carefully place fish in pan; saute for 4-5 minutes on the first side and 3-4 minutes after turning. Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush fillets lightly with melted butter or olive oil. Season as desired. Place fillets on a baking sheet, bake for 10-12 minutes.
Five Grain Rice Pilaf
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. | serves 4
Do not thaw. Microwave (1100 Watt): Remove from film. Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Internal temperature must reach 165°F, continue heating until temperature is reached. Stir and serve. Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove from film and bake on baking sheet uncovered for 20 minutes. Stir. Bake an additional 20 minutes uncovered, until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Carefully remove from oven. Stir and serve.
Rustic Roasting Vegetables
1 (24 oz.) pkg. | serves 4
Do Not Thaw! Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove vegetables from cellophane bag. Toss with 2 Tbsp. Olive oil, ½ tsp. Kosher Salt, and ⅛ tsp. Ground Black Pepper. Place on a foil lined sheet pan. Roast for 45 minutes stirring once half way through cooking time.
Caramel Apple Tartlets

Do Not Thaw! Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove tartlet from cellophane bag. Place on foil lined baking sheet allowing space between each piece. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Microwave: * Remove tartlet from cellophane bag. Place on microwave safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 60-70 seconds. *Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking.
