Treat the seafood lover in your house to a meal they won't soon forget! Hand rolled Sole Fillets, wrapped around a delicately seasoned blend of scallops and crabmeat, the perfect combination of seafood flavors! Stuffed potatoes, and whole green beans with red peppers complete this light, delicious dinner. Meal serves 4. 

This meal includes the following:

   4 (4.5 oz.) Stuffed Sole with Scallops and Crabmeat
   4 (5.5 oz.) Stuffed Baked Potatoes
   2 (7 oz. pkgs.) Roasted Vegetable Medley

Stuffed Sole
Do Not Thaw! OVEN: Preheat oven to 375 °F. Remove plastic and place desired number of portions in a baking dish. Add approximately 2 TBSP. of water in bottom of Pan to prevent splattering and burning. Bake uncovered, for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. For additional flavor, use wine as a substitute for water. MICROWAVE (1100-WATT): Remove plastic and place two frozen portions in an appropriate dish. Add 2 TBSP of water to dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Cook on high for approximately 5 ½minutes.

Vegetable Medley
 Preparation: Do Not Thaw! Microwave (1100-WATT): Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 2 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 30 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve. Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 28 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.

Stuffed Potatoes
Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. FOOD MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER. Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place desired number of servings 2 inches apart on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Microwave (1100 WATT): Place desired number of servings on a microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand 1 minute and serve.
