Lobster Pot Pie
Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 385 degrees F. Remove pie from box and wrapper. Do not remove metal baking tray. Brush top and edges lightly with an egg wash or milk. Bake on center rack for 70-90 minutes. Continue to cook in 5-10 minute intervals as needed to ensure a minimal internal temperature of 165 degrees F. as measured by a food thermometer inserted into the center of the pie. Enjoy!
Shepherd's Pie
Thaw the pie overnight in the refrigerator. Cover with foil and place in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the crust is golden brown. From frozen: Cover with foil and place in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F for 90 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
Chicken Pot Pie
Keep frozen until ready to bake. Cook thoroughly. Preheat conventional oven to 385 degrees F. Remove pot pie from box and wrapper. Do not remove metal baking tray. Brush top and edges lightly with an egg wash or milk. Bake on center rack for 70-90 minutes. Continue to cook in 5-10 minute intervals as needed to ensure a minimal internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer into the center of the pie. If crust is browning too quickly or becoming too dark, cover edges or tent pie with foil. Oven temperatures vary - adjust time according to your oven. Do not prepare in microwave or toaster oven.
