Meal serves 4.

This meal includes the following:

   1 (1.5 lbs.) Private Reserve Ribeye Crown Roast
   2 (12 oz.) Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
   2 (11 oz.) Creamed Spinach
   1 (21 oz.) Vanilla Lover's Cake
   4 (3 oz.) Mini Baguettes with Garlic Butter

Private Reserve Ribeye Crown Roast
Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. The cooking times below are in minutes and based on using fully thawed roasts. Sear and Slow Roast Method: Preheat the oven to 250°F. Lightly oil and season roast. Sear roast in an oven proof pan, with small amount of oil, or on the grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or until well browned. Place the roast on an elevated rack in a roasting pan. Refer to approximate cooking times below. Allow 10-15 minutes resting time before slicing and serving. Quick Roast Method: Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil and season roast. Place on an elevated rack in a roasting pan. Roast uncovered, using times below. Allow 10-15 minutes resting time before slicing. Gas Grill: Preheat to High, reduce to medium heat prior to cooking. Charcoal Grill: Sear over red hot coals, finish over indirect heat. Times are measured in minutes and based on an approximate roast weight of 1.5 lbs.

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Do Not Thaw! Microwave (1100-WATT):*Remove cellophane covering Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato tray. Microwave on HIGH for 3-4 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for 1 minute. Let rest 1 minute before serving. Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove cellophane covering Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato tray and place on baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let rest 2 minutes before serving. *Create Parmesan Cheese Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, by sprinkling 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese on each tray of potatoes prior to placing in the oven.

Creamed Spinach
Preparation: Do Not Thaw. Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray and place tray on a baking sheet. Place baking sheet on middle rack of preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve. Microwave (1100 Watt): Remove plastic wrap from tray and place tray in microwave. Heat for 4 minutes on HIGH. Stir and microwave for 1 additional minute or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve.

Vanilla Lover's Cake
Remove frozen cake from box. For best results, place in refrigerator and thaw overnight. Slice and serve. Keep thawed cake covered in the refrigerator for 5-7 days maximum.

Mini Baguettes with Garlic Butter
Do Not Thaw. Do not refreeze after thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly. Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove from packaging and place the frozen baguettes on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes to desired color or crispness.
