This meal includes the following:

4 (6 oz.) Scarlet Snapper Fillets
2 (8 oz. pkgs.) Five Grain Rice Pilaf
2 (9.5 oz. pkgs.) Brussels Sprouts with Shallots and Bacon
4 (4.9 oz.) Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes

Scarlet Snapper Fillets
6 oz. | 4 count
Thaw in Refrigerator. When thawing, remove from plastic packaging. Cover and refrigerate below 38F. Once thawed, consume within one to two days. Snapper is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 145F and flesh is opaque throughout. Oven: Preheat oven to 400F. Brush steaks lightly with melted butter or olive oil. Season as desired. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-17 minutes, until opaque throughout. Broil or Grill: Preheat the broiler or grill. Brush steaks with melted butter or olive oil. Season as desired. Broil or grill 4-5 minutes on each side, until opaque throughout. Stove-Top: Preheat 1 tsp of olive oil per portion in a saute pan over medium heat. Season as desired. Place in pan and cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip and continue to cook for 4-5 minutes.
Five Grain Rice Pilaf
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. | serves 4
Do not thaw. Microwave (1100 Watt): Remove from film. Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Internal temperature must reach 165F, continue heating until temperature is reached. Stir and serve. Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove from film and bake on baking sheet uncovered for 20 minutes. Stir. Bake an additional 20 minutes uncovered, until internal temperature reaches 165F. Carefully remove from oven. Stir and serve.

Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Shallots
2 (9.5 oz.) pkgs. | serves 6
Do Not Thaw! Stove Top: Separate Brussel Sprouts and place in a large pan over medium heat. Cook for 12-15 minutes stirring often. Oven: Preheat oven to 400F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place frozen tray on a foil lined baking sheet in the center of the oven. Cook for 35-40 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and serve. Microwave: cook on high for 4 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 1-2 minutes. Stir and serve.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes
4.9 oz. | 4 count
Do Not Thaw! Microwave: Remove cake from box and plastic film. Place cake right side up in its cup on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on high for 55 seconds. Immediately invert cake on serving plate. Release cake (without removing it from cup) by applying pressure to the bottom of the cup with thumbs while gently pulling up on the edges. Let stand for 3-5 minutes before removing cup and serving. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove cakes from box and plastic film. Place cake right side up in their cups on a baking sheet. Bake for 14-15 minutes. Immediately invert cakes on serving plate. Release cakes (without removing them from their cups) by applying pressure to the bottom of the cups with thumbs while gently pulling up on the edges. Let stand covered by the cup for 3-5 minutes before removing cup and serving.
