Juicy, tender white-meat turkey is generously rolled with an artisanal stuffing of croutons, kale, and apricots, a rich flavor with just a touch of sweetness. Then, the whole roulade is wrapped in cured prosciutto ham for a savory, salty finish that launches the flavor to another level. And it really is freezer-to-oven easy - no thawing required! Also includes Red Smashed Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole, Gravy, and ... dessert!

2 - (10 oz pkgs) Red Smashed Potatoes
2 - (12 oz pkgs) Green Bean Casserole
4 - (4 oz) Caramel Apple Tartlets
2 - (12 oz) Country Gravy

Turkey Roulade
From Frozen:
Conventional Oven
Oven: Do Not Thaw. Do Not Remove Plastic Film. Do Not Microwave. Preheat oven to 375F. With plastic film intact, place turkey flat side down on foil-lined baking sheet. Do not puncture film as it will self-vent during baking. Place baking sheet on middle rack in oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn turkey over (flat side up) and bake for an additional 45-55 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F. Remove from oven; let rest 10 minutes before removing from film. Carefully cut film open. Remove turkey, slice and serve.

Turkey Gravy
Do Not Thaw!
MICROWAVE (1100-watt): Place tray in microwave, with film intact. Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes. Peel back film, stir and cook on HIGH for 1 minute. Carefully remove film. Stir and serve.
STOVE-TOP: Remove frozen tray of gravy into a sauce pan by flipping over tray and applying pressure to center of tray with thumbs, while holding the edges. Heat over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, while stirring constantly. Heat until gravy starts to simmer.

Smashed Red Potatoes
Do Not Thaw
Microwave (1100-Watt): Remove cellophane covering tray. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir potatoes. Return to microwave and cook for 1 minute. Let rest 1 minute before serving.

Oven: Preheat oven to 425F. Remove cellophane covering tray and place on baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Let rest 2 minutes before serving.

Green Bean Casserole
Do Not Thaw!
Microwave: Cut slit in center of film. Place tray in microwave; cook on high for 4 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F. Serve.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F. Remove from oven and serve.

Caramel Apple Tartlets
Do Not Thaw!
Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove tartlet from cellophane bag. Place on foil lined baking sheet allowing space between each piece. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Microwave: * Remove tartlet from cellophane bag. Place on microwave safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 60-70 seconds. *Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking.
