Pork Schnitzel
Store and bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 350F and bake schnitzel on a greased sheet pan for 10-12 minutes, or until heated through. Oven temperatures vary, adjust cooking time accordingly. The product should reach an internal temperature of 158F.
