Stove Top: Carefully open bag, remove sauce pouch and the tortilla pouch. Begin thawing sauce pouch in bowl of hot water while preparing meal. Heat 10" nonstick skillet on stove top over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and remaining contents of bag to skillet. Cover and cook 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove tortillas from plastic bag and place on microwave-safe dish. Microwave for approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until heated thoroughly. Uncover skillet and cook 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally until pork starts to brown.
To serve, place pork on tortillas and top with sauce.
