Chicken Leg Quarters
Thaw in refrigerator. Appliances vary, adjust times accordingly.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove chicken from packaging, pat dry with paper towels. Season chicken generously. Preheat an oven safe skillet to medium heat. Add 1T. high smoke point oil (canola, grapeseed, vegetable). Place chicken in skillet skin-side down. Sear for 3-5 minutes or until skin is browned and releases from the pan easily. Turn chicken piece over. Place skillet in oven on center rack. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the thigh reaches 165°F and juices run clear. Remove from oven, let rest 10 minutes and serve.
AIR FRYER (1500 WATT): Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Remove chicken pieces from packaging and pat dry with paper towels. Lightly oil chicken pieces and season as desired. Lightly spray basket with oil. Place chicken pieces in basket skin side up. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until chicken registers 165°F in thickest part. Remove chicken from air fryer, let rest 5 minutes and serve.
Stuffed Baked Potatoes
Do Not Thaw!
Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove twice baked potato from package. Place desired number of frozen portions on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 40 minutes, until heated through and lightly browned.
Grill: Preheat grill. Remove twice baked potato from cellophane package. Place frozen potatoes on a sheet of aluminum foil. Wrap foil around potatoes, leaving top half exposed. Grill on medium-high heat. Cook with grill lid down for 35-45 minutes.
Microwave: Remove twice baked potato from wrap. Place one frozen potato on microwave safe dish. Cook on high for 2 ½ - 4 minutes rotating at half way point. To cook two potatoes, increase cooking time to 4-6 minutes.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove film. Place on a baking sheet. Place on center rack of the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Remove and stir product. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Stir and serve.
MICROWAVE (1100-WATT): Cut two 1-inch slits in film. Place tray on a microwave-safe plate in the center of the microwave. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Remove film and stir. Replace film and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Stir and serve.
Individual Baguettes with Garlic Butter
Do Not Thaw. Do not refreeze after thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove from packaging and place the frozen baguettes on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes to desired color or crispness.
DO NOT THAW. APPLIANCES VARY, ADJUST TIMES ACCORDINGLY.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove film and place tray on baking sheet. Place baking sheet on center rack in oven and bake for 50-55 minutes or until crumble is lightly browned. Remove from oven, let stand 10 minutes and serve.
