Pesto and Cheese Flatbread
Prepare from THAWED state (unless otherwise specified) for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly.
Oven: Remove flatbread from packaging and place on cookie sheet in oven. When crust is browned remove flatbread from oven and place on plate.

Pesto and Cheese Flatbread
Dough - Unbleached high gluten flour, sugar, soybean oil, eggs, water, sourdough sponge (unbleached flour, water, sugar), olive oil. Pesto - Olive oil, soybean oil, basil, parmesan cheese, garlic, basil, salt. Topping: Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, olive oil. Contains major food allergens: wheat, eggs, milk and soy. Made in a plant that also processes nuts.
