SKILLET: Remove sauce pouch from package. Thaw in bowl of hot water. Preheat a 10" nonstick skillet to medium. Add 1 cup water, thawed sauce, chicken, and pasta. Cover and cook on medium for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Uncover pasta and continue to cook while stirring for another 2 minutes on medium or until temperature reaches 165°F and pasta reaches desired tenderness. Garnish with cheese, if desired, and serve.
Skillet Meal: Shrimp Scampi

Pre-heat 10-inch NONSTICK skillet to medium-high. Remove shrimp from pouch and add shrimp, pasta, and 1/4 cup of water to skillet. Cover and cook 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove lid and cook an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. When shrimp is pink and sauce is hot and bubbling, remove from heat. Cover and let stand 1 minute.
Filet Mignon Stroganoff

OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on middle rack of oven. Bake for 40 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and stir well. Return to oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve.
MICROWAVE (1100 WATT): Cut slit in center of film covering tray. Place frozen tray on microwave-safe plate in center of the microwave and microwave on high for 7 minutes. Carefully remove film and stir. Microwave, uncovered, an additional 2 minutes on high or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve.
