Do not thaw-prepare from frozen state.
Microwave: Place tray in microwave with cellophane packaging intact. Cook on high for 6 minutes, carefully remove film and stir. Cook on high an additional 2 minutes uncovered. Let rest 1 minute. Stir well before serving.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove cellophane packaging. Place on a baking sheet. Heat uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir well before serving.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove film and place frozen tray on baking sheet in center of oven. Bake 30 minutes. Stir and bake an additional 10 minutes or internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Microwave: Cut a small slit in the film. Place tray on microwave-safe plate in center of microwave. Heat on high for 6 minutes. Carefully open film, stir and re-cover with film. Microwave an additional 2-3 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Filet Mignon Stroganoff
Do Not Thaw. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Appliances vary; adjust cook time accordingly.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on middle rack of oven. Bake for 40 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and stir well. Return to oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve.
MICROWAVE (1100 WATT): Cut slit in center of film covering tray. Place frozen tray on microwave-safe plate in center of the microwave and microwave on high for 7 minutes. Carefully remove film and stir. Microwave, uncovered, an additional 2 minutes on high or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve.
Mini Baguettes with Garlic Butter
Do Not Thaw. Do not refreeze after thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly. Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove from packaging and place the frozen baguettes on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes to desired color or crispness.
