Pecanwood Smoked Flank Ham
Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
Place frozen ham in refrigerator for 18-24 hours. Remove from refrigerator and serve or cook as directed. This ham is fully cooked and can be eaten without reheating.
Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove ham from package and place in a baking pan with 2" sides. Add 1/3 cup of water to the pan. Cover the pan with foil.
Conventional Oven: Heat for 1 1/2 hours (approximately 20-25 minutes per pound) or until warm.
Convection Oven: Heat for 1 hour and 10 minutes (approximately 15-18 minutes per pound) or until warm.
Remove foil for the last 15 minutes for browning. Let ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
DO NOT THAW. APPLIANCES VARY, ADJUST TIMES ACCORDINGLY. MICROWAVE (1100 WATT): Remove film and place risotto in microwave. Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes, stir, and microwave for an additional 5-6 minutes or until 165°F as indicated by a food thermometer. Let stand 2-4 minutes, stir, and serve.
Jumbo Cooked Shrimp
Quick Thawing Method. Remove shrimp from bag and place in a large bowl of cold water until thawed, approximately 10-20 minutes. Drain water. Refrigerate if not using immediately. Use within 24 hours of thawing. Serve shrimp with cocktail sauce, if desired.
Thaw in refrigerator. Remove shrimp from bag. Place shrimp in strainer, with a plate underneath the strainer. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Rinse well, drain and serve with cocktail sauce, if desired. Refrigerate if not using immediately. Use within 24 hours of thawing.
Individual Strawberries and Cream Bundt Cakes
Appliances vary, adjust times accordingly. Place icing packet in warm water for 2-3 minutes or until pliable. Cut corner of icing packet. THAW & SERVE: From frozen, remove the plastic overwrap. Place onto serving plate. Thaw at room temperature 30 minutes to 1 hour, apply icing and serve. MICROWAVE (1100 WATT): From frozen, remove the plastic overwrap. Place onto microwave safe plate. Microwave 20-25 seconds or until warm, apply icing and serve.
