Stuffed Sole with Crabmeat and Mushrooms

Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly. OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F (for convection oven, preheat to 400°F). Place frozen fillets on a lightly oiled sheet pan. Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165° F as measured by a food thermometer.
Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Shallots
2 (9.5 oz.) pkgs. | serves 6
Do Not Thaw! Stove Top: Separate Brussel Sprouts and place in a large pan over medium heat. Cook for 12-15 minutes stirring often. Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place frozen tray on a foil lined baking sheet in the center of the oven. Cook for 35-40 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and serve. Microwave: cook on high for 4 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 1-2 minutes. Stir and serve.
Triple Berry Tartlets
4 oz. | 4 count
Do Not Thaw! Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove Tartlet from cellophane bag. Place on foil lined baking sheet allowing space between each piece. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Microwave:* Remove tartlet from cellophane bag. Place on microwave safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 60-70 seconds. *Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwaves. If not using a turntable, rotate once while cooking.
