These Meals for One have been handpicked for people dining alone. Most of the items in these combos are sold in pairs, but are individually wrapped. With these packages we include our Single-Serving Side Dishes. Each meal serves 1 - 2.

This meal includes the following:

   2 Chicken and Artichoke with Spinach (Serving Size: 8 oz.)
   1 Prime Rib Beef Roast Stroganoff (Serving Size: 16 oz.)

   2 Broccoli & Cauliflower with Cheese Sauce (Serving Size: 6 oz.)
   2 Chicken Pot Pie - Individual Sizes (Serving Size: 11 oz.)
   2 Southwest Chicken Casserole (Serving Size: 11 oz.)
   2 Rice with Mixed Vegetables ( Serving Size: 6 oz.)
   2 Buttered Carrots (Serving Size: 6 oz.)

Chicken and Artichoke with Spinach
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
Microwave: Remove overbag from pair of items. No need to puncture film on tray. Film will lift when reheated. Heat for 3-4 minutes, or until heated through. Carefully remove film and place onto a plate and serve.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove over bag from pair of items. No need to puncture film on tray. Film will lift when reheated. Heat for 25-30 minutes or until internal temp of 165 degrees F. Carefully remove film and place on a plate and serve.

Prime Rib Beef Roast Stroganoff
Cook from frozen state. *Microwave directions based on 1000-watt oven. Adjust cook time as needed as oven wattage varies. internal temperature needs to be at or above 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer before eating.
Stovetop: Pour entire bag into a medium sized nonstick skillet. Cover with a lid and cook over medium high heat for 7 to 8 minutes. Stir occasionally and reduce sauce until it slightly thickens. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 165 F as measured with a food thermometer before eating. Serve and enjoy!
Microwave: Pour entire bag's contents into a microwaveable safe dish. Cover with paper towel and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Pull back paper towel, stir contents and re-cover. Microwave on HIGH for an additional 3 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!

Broccoli & Cauliflower with Cheese Sauce
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 2-3 minutes until hot. Carefully place onto a plate and serve.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil and place in oven. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until warm. Place onto a plate and serve.


Chicken Pot Pie - Individual Sizes
DO NOT THAW prior to cooking for best results. Individual appliance cooking times will vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. 
Oven: Preheat Oven to 375 F. Unwrap frozen pie and place on baking sheet. Bake 55-65 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. and pie is golden brown. If necessary cover with foil while cooking. Carefully remove and let stand 10 minutes.

Southwest Chicken Casserole
Do not thaw prior to cooking for best results. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375 F. Remove frozen entree from carton. Remove film cover and loosely cover with aluminum foil. Place frozen entree on baking sheet. Bake in 375 F oven for 55-65 minutes or until internal temperature of 170 degrees. Carefully remove and let stand 8-10 minutes.
Microwave: Remove tray from box and remove film cover. Cook on High for 4 minutes. After cooking, let stand for 2 minutes and serve.

Rice with Mixed Vegetables
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. 
Microwave (preferred method): Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray with rice on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 2-3 minutes or until warm stirring periodically to ensure even heating. Carefully place rice into a bowl and serve.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove packaging & place tray on cookie sheet. Heat for 15-20 minutes, or until warm, stirring periodically to ensure even heating. Carefully place rice into a bowl and serve.


Buttered Carrots
Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. 
Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place tray on cookie sheet in oven. Heat for 15-20 mins or until hot. Carefully place carrots onto plates and serve. 
Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place tray on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 2-3 minutes on medium or until hot. Carefully place carrots onto plates and serve.
