Fire-Roasted Vegetables en Crote
Oven: If time allows, defrost entrees for up to 2 hours in refrigerator. Place product 2 inches apart on a non-stick baking pan. In a small bowl, blend an egg thoroughly with 1 tablespoon of water and "paint" the pastry with the egg mixture, using a pastry brush. Bake in pre-heated oven at 425 F. for first 15 minutes; check after 15 minutes and cover pastry with foil if it is browning too quickly; lower temperature to 375 F. Continue to cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature of 160 F. is reached. Refrigerate leftovers promptly.

Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 2-3 minutes until hot. Carefully place onto a plate and serve. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with foil and place in oven. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until warm. Place onto a plate and serve.

Prepare from THAWED state(unless otherwise specified) for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly. Microwave: Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Place paper tray with corn on a plate in the microwave for heating. Heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring periodically to ensure even heating. Place corn into a bowl to serve. Oven: Defrost corn. Remove plastic packaging from paper tray. Cover paper tray with tinfoil. Place paper tray with corn in a 350 degree oven for heating. Heat for 15-20 minutes or until warm. Place corn onto a plate to serve.
Beef Brisket Burnt Ends with Barbecue Sauce
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking time will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Microwave: Do not remove or pierce plastic film. Place tray in microwave. Heat on high for 3.5 to 4.5 minutes. Film will expand and form a bubble during heating, then self vent and slowly relax over brisket. Remove from microwave and let rest for 2 minutes. Caution, contents are very hot! Stovetop: Place contents of package in a small saucepan. Heat slowly over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Beef is ready when heated thoroughly. Remove from heat and place brisket on a plate.

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place frozen product on oiled baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
